Tackling Procrastination Anxiety: Day 18 of my transformation

It’s kind of late in the day now. I made my video and completely forgot to write my post, so here I am. I still consider this on track with my goals because it’s getting done. Not only that but I did my workout, had a great keto meal, and accomplished a bunch of my goals for today.

I am still trying to get faster and better with content creation but today I didn’t distract myself or lose focus. It’s uncomfortable doing things that take work or time. For me that’s exercise and keeping up with all the writing I do.

Whenever I set a big goal for myself I always feel like I am juggling a bunch of plates and trying not to drop any. But, over time I have gotten better at this. And, the truth is most people have more to do than they can do.

Today’s post is going to be short and sweet. Tomorrow is Friday and I am so ready for the weekend. Two more workouts and I get a rest day!
