Today my meditation was all about improving my speed and efficiency. As I am writing today’s post I realized I am falling back into a few patterns that I didn’t want to get back into. Tomorrow I am going to talk about my dopamine and digital media addiction and why social media is my kryptonite.
But, today I am letting that go and getting back to my plan for the day -to stay focused, to track my progress, and to write three blog posts today. I want to improve my speed by improving my endurance. I realize that most of the people following me don’t blog or write content for a living, but I do.
I want this blog to be my best content. Not content I rush through each day. I want my written content to be as outstanding as my YouTube content, which by the way isn’t outstanding yet –but I am getting better. I want to look back at my 90 day challenge and say wow you really did make some serious progress.
So today, I am writing this post as efficiently as I can. Getting it done. And getting on to the rest of my day. Workout is done. YouTube is done and now to kick ass on the rest of my goals.
