These ketogenic fat bombs are so easy! You can make them with peanut butter too! I prefer almond butter but PB or any nut butter works.
Almond Butter Fat Bombs (KETO)
1 cup almond butter
1 cup coconut oil
1 stick of salted butter
1 cup of stevia
1 cup of sunflower seeds
Melt mixture in microwave for 2-3 minutes, pausing to stir. Once melted mix in stevia. Stir and microwave again for about 1 minute.
Then spray ice cube trays (fills two trays) with cooking spray. Pour in melted mixture. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top.
Place in freezer for about an hour before eating. These are fast, easy and so good!
