Decisions, Decisions… How do You Make Good Decisions: Day 27 of my Transformation

You know what I am loving about blogging here on Girl with Blue Energy. I am throwing out all my rules on SEO and writing for the web. I am writing what I want for myself. The titles I want, and what I want to read. This is my journal of my 90-day transformation that I am sharing with the world.

This morning’s meditation was about decision-making and how to make good decisions. And, it’s something I want to read more about. I thought about wisdom today and how some leaders are leaders because of their wisdom and good decision-making.

I want to be one of those people. In the past, my decision-making has been impulsive. I wrote something in my journal before and I am not sure where I stole this from, but what’s the antidote to impulsivity — Forethought.

I am being much more mindful about my decisions and taking every decision to meditation. Asking for spiritual direction in every decision I make. I think this is going to be the key to my successful transformation.
